Replacement Policy

At SahiCart, customer satisfaction matters to us. Please note that we currently offer a Replacement Policy only — we do not offer refunds or cash returns at this time.

1. Replacement Eligibility
We accept replacement requests within 7 days of delivery, only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product received is different from what was ordered
- The product is missing parts or accessories as described on the product page

2. Not Eligible for Replacement
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Beauty & Personal Care items that have been opened or used
- Any item without valid proof (see below)

3. How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or short video of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and confirm the next steps.

4. Replacement Process
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product, subject to availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or store credit.
- Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both customers and SahiCart.
